AN RDINANCE ABANDONING AND CLOSING TWO UTILITY EASEMENTS
LOCATED IN TRACT "C", WEST CHASE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LUBBOCK,
LUBBOCK COUNTY, TEXAS, AND MORE:P ARTICULARL Y DESCRIBED IN THE BODY 1
OF THIS ,RDINANCE; DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEER TO MARK THE OFFICIAL
MAPS OF THE CITY TO REFLECT SAID ABANDONMENT AND CLOSING; PROVIDING
A SAVING$ CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.

-AS, the City Council finds that the utility easements as hereinafter described in
the body o this Ordinance are no longer needed for public use and it would be in the public
interest to c ose, vacate and abandon the same; NOW THEREFORE:

SEq ON 1. THAT the utility easements as hereinafter described shall BE and the same
are hereby !closed, vacated and abandoned for easement purposes and for public use, such·
