AN OHDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1, SUBSECTION E. OF ORDINANCE
NO •. 390 4; CORRECTING THE FIELD NOTES DESCRIBING A PORTION OF
UTICA AVENUE LYING SOUTH OF BROADWAY AND NOHTH OF 15TH
STREET ..
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Lubbock that the
field notes of Section 16 Subsection E, of Ordinance No. 3904 are incorrect,
NOW THEREFOHE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
SECTION 1. THAT the field notes of:!ection l.t Subsection E, of
Ordinance No. 3904 be corrected to read as follows:
CORRECTED FIELD NOTES of that portion of the S. W. 1 /4 of
Section 3~ Block E ... 2, Lubbock County# Texas, which is in the
present City Limits of Lubbock, Texas, said land being described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point which is 2415.0 feet North and 2580.0 feet
East of the Southwest corner of Section 3, Block Ew2;
THENCE North a distance of 130.0 feet to a point;
THENCE East a distance of 34.95 feet to a point;
THENCE in a Southeasterly direction along a curve to the left an
arc distance of 24.79 feet to the P. C. of the curve and a point, a
long chord bearing South 29° 151 5411 East a distance of 24.78 feet
(curve data ... R::: 317. 94t; L= 24. 79t);
THENCE South 31° 30f East a distance of 24.77 feet to a point;
THENCE South a distance of 77. 28 feet to a point;
THENCE in a Southwesterly direction along a curve to the right
an arc distance of 61.09 feet, long chord bearing South 80° 33t
26" West a distance of 60.83 feet, to the PLACE OF BEGINNING
which is the P. C. of the curve (curve data ... R== 185. 33t; LA 61. 09t).
