(said Ordinance being an Appendix to the Lubbock Cit;r Code) relating to Specific Use
Penli.ts, the City Coaaiasion f:ID.ds that due to changed conditions it would. be expedient
and in the interest of the public health, safety, aorals, aDd ceo.eral welfare to
athorize the grantin& of a Specific Use Pend:t as hereinafter set forth; and,

BE lT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CrfY OF LUBBOCK:
SECl'ION 1. The Director of Planning of the City of Lubbock is authorized to
issue a Specific Use Pemit to the ApplicaD.t in Zcne Case No. ll29 iA accord81lce
With the reco.eadationa and cmditians imposed. by the Planning and Zonmg ec:.aissi011b
and the City eo.i.ssicn• provided said Applicant agrees to be bound by the teras of
the Specific Use Pel'llit, the granting of which is hereby made subject to compliance
by said AppliCant with all terms of said Specific Use Pemit and further subject to
all prmsims of Zca.iDg OrdJ.nauce No. 1695 of the City ·of Lubbock, iacluding particu-
larly bu.t not liad.ted to, Sectioa. 14-A thereof relatiq to Specific Use Permits. The
