AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FIRE ZONDG HAP OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK SO AS TO
PLACE PROPERTY CHANGED IN ZONING <LASSIFICATION (ZONE CASE NO. 1092 _ )
IN FIRE ZONE NO. 2; AND DP.a.ARING AN EMERGENCY AND llFFRCl'IVE DATE OF THIS
ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, the City C<ad.ssion finds that in all zme chcges to the "C" Zane

"FIRE ZONE MAP OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK" duplicate original located i.D. the Build-
ing Inspector's office shall be amended in accordance herewith by the Building
Inspector or at his directi(J11 and this change shall. constitute an amendment to
Fire Zoning Ordinance No. 1447 and Sectim 1601, Part IV, Chapter 16 of the
Lubbock City Code, relative to fire zCDes.
SECTION 2. The rule requiring an ordinance to be read 011 tvo readings before
final passage is hereby suspended, md this ordinaD.ce is declared to be an eaer-
gep.c:y measure for the reasons set forth in the preamble hereof, to take effect
immediately after its passageo

BEGINNING at a point 'Which is 812 feet north and 1006.2 feet East of the SW
corner of Section 61 Block E-2, Lubbock County, Texas, said point also being the
NE co~er of Lot 1, D. A. V. Addition to the City of Lubbock.
THENCE West along the North line of Lot 1, D. A. V. Addition, a distance of
273.08 feet to a point in the East Right-of-WS¥ line of Loop 289;
THENCE N. 2'" 111 E. along the East Right-o.t-way line of Loop 289 a distance of
187.29 feet to a point of curvature;
THENCE along a curve to the left having a radius of .219 feet, tangent distance of
58.68 feet, and a delta angle of 30• for a curve distance of 114.7 feet to a point
of tangency;
THENCE N. 27" 491 W. along the East line of the Loop 289 Right-of-~ a distance
