W~REAS.., after receiving the recommendations of the Planning and Zoning ~ Commission and after due notice and public hearing and all matters having been , I \I" done and performed as required by Section 14-A of Zoning Ordinarice 169 5 of the J1 ~ City of Lubbock (said Ordinance being an Appendix to the Lubbock City Code) re- /J 1 lating to Specific Use Permits~ the City Commission finds that due to changed con"'_ .. Wr· ~d.~~1 ditions it would be expedient and in the interest of the public health8 safety, moral~ .. "lf)l)'/J(-.t. 7 and general welfare to authorize the granting of a Specific Use Permit as hereinaf er 'I set forth; NOW THEREFORE: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: ' SECTION 1. The Director of Planning of the City of Lubbock is authorized to issue a Specific Use Permit to the Applicant in Zone Case No 1081 in accord~ p /J/.~..JleiX ance with the recommendations and conditions imposed by the Planning and Zoning ~ :.1 ~~,! Commission, and the City Commission~ provided said Applicant agrees to be bounp T ..t by the terms of the Specific Use Permit, the granting of which is hereby made subT '1·-z~-l3 ject to compliance by said Applicant with all terms of said Specific Use Permit an~ further subject to all provisions of Zoning Ordinance No. 1695 of the City of Lubbock including particularly but not limited to, Section 14-A thereof relating to Specific Use Permits. The specific use authorized by this ordinance is for Public and Private Recreational Facility pursuant to Section 14-A.l-14-1 of the Zoning Or- dinance and the property is located West of Elgin Avenue about in lin with 62nd Street. SECTION 2. The City Secretary shall cause the publication of this Ordinanc once a week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper regularly published in the City of Lubbock,. and shall take effect on last date of its publication.
