Ord. 4025 was not passed on 2nd reading = because the plat vas never filed. 0;2.-i~-IS~ ORDINANCE NO. 4025 __ .......;__ ____ _ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE ·NO. 1695 AND THE OFFICIAL MAP OF THE CITY 'oF LUBBOCK SO AS TO MAKE THE FOLLOW- ING CHANGE: ZONE CASE NO. 1029: CHANGE A PORTION OF BLOCKS 1, 2, AND 3, MOORE-ELLISTON ADDN. TO THE CITY OF LUBBOCK;. LUBBOCK COUNTY~ TEXAS FROM AN nR-111 TO A uC-311 ZONING DISTRICT: SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS. WHEREAS# the proposed change in zoning districts as hereinafter made has been duly presented to the Zoning and Planning Commission for its recommen- dation, which was received by the City Commission and after due consideration, the City Commission finds that making the proposed change as hereinafter set out will be in the public interest; and, WHEREAS# all conditions precedent required by law for a valid amendment to the Zoning Ordinance and Map have been fully complied with~ as well as giving notices in compliance with Section 20 of Ordinance No. 1695 as well as notices provided by Article 1011f, Vernonts Annotated Civil Statutes, amended in 1953, and notice was duly published in the Lubbock Morning Avalanche Journal more than fifteen ( 1'5) days prior to the date of the public hearing before the City Com- mission on such proposed amendment, and the public hearing according to a said notice was duly held in the City Commission Room on the second floor of the Lubbo Texas at which time persons appeared in support of the I I THENCE North 182 feet to a point in south boundary line., Lot Thirteen (13)., Block Three { 3L said addition; THENCE East 16 feet to a point in southeast corner said Lot Thirteen (13); THENCE North 165. 5 feet to a point in south boundary line of E. 3rd Street; THENCE West 42.8 feet to southeast boundary line of U.
