PLACE PROPERTY CHANGED IN ZONING (l,ASSIFICATION (ZONE CASE lfO. 990 )
IN FIRE ZONE NO .. 2; AND D.F.Xl.ARING AN EMERGENCY AND liFFECI'IVE DATE OF THIS
ORDINANCE.

Lubbock, which creates aD •ergency; NOW THEREFORE:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
SECI'ION 1., THAT The followi.D& described property changed ia z011e by ORDI-
NANCE NO o 3g23 • to-wit:
Lots 14, 15, and 16, Block 15 (except the west 25 feet of
Lot 14) and Lots 12 and 13, Block 16 (except the west 25
feet of Lot 13) McCrummen Second Addition to the City of
Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas.

23rd Street) •
BE AND THE SAME LS Hereby changed ami/or placed in fire zcm.e No. 2 and the
"FIRE ZONE MAP OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK" duplicate original located ia the Build-
ing Inspector's o£fice shall be amended in accordance herewith by the Building
Inspector or at his directim, and this chBDge shall constitute an amendment to
Fire Zoning Ordinance No. 1447 and Sectim 1601, Part IV, Chapter 16 o£ the
Lubbock City Code, relative to fire zmes.
SECTION 2., The rule requiring an ordillance to be read 011 tvo readings before
final passage is hereby suspended, aDd this ordjnaD.ce is declared to be an ser-
gt(llcy measure for the reascm.s set forth ia the preamble hereof, to take effect
i-ed.iately after its passage ..
