J& W Plumbing is one of Lubbock's long-standing family run businesses in West Texas. They specialize in all plumbing probtems, sewer lines, gas lines, water heaters, heating, and air conditioning. The scope of the facade work will include updating the parking lot, which will total $ t 0,000 in expenses. The terms and conditions of such Economic Development Grant and Contract, other than the normal terms and conditions applicable to all such Economic Development Grant and Contracts by the Corporation, are described generally as follows, to wit: Grant J& W Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning a Downtown Fa�ade Grant for $5,000 at 1012 17"' Stret, which is in the Downtown TIF, once proof of payment has been submitted. WHEREAS, The Board of Directors of MLi finds that an Economic Development Grant and Contract of%ring the incentive for providing assistance for renovations to their property, meet and comply with the qualifications and purposes of the Corporation for the granting of such Economic Development Grants and Contracts. Upon Motion by Director, Mr. Brett Cate, and Seconded by Director, Mr. Blake Womble. IT WAS RESOLVED that MLI offer and, if accepted by Recipient, enter into an Economic Grant and Contract with J& W Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning at 1012 17�' Street, Lubbock, Texas.
