SICI'ION 1. The Director of Planning of the City ot Lubbodc is authorized to
issue a Specific Use Pendt to the Appllcant iD Z.e Case No. 922 iD accordanc:e
vith the recOIIIV'I')datioo.s and c011diticas imposed by the pl ann:iog ao.d Zanma C~ssi(A,
aDd the City ea..i&siOD, prorlded said Applicant acrees tO be bound by the teru of
the Specific Use Permit, the granting ot which is hereby made subject to ccapliaace
by said Applicant with all terms of said Specific Use Permit and further subject to
all provisions of ZODing Ordi.r.Lance No. 1695 of the City ot Lubbock, iDcludiD.& particu-
larly but not lim1ted. to, SectiOD 14-A thereof relatillg to Specific Use Permits. The
specific use authorized by this ordinance is for motel with related uses
