Acquire Parcel 15 Clovis Rd. - 06/14/1960) FORM L-2 OU·-14-IOUO ORDINANCE NO o 3173 AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE WHEREAS ~ the City Comm~ss~on of the City of Lubbock finds it is necessary to appropriate certain specific funds out of bond funds for an a~proved project, and this ordinance deals with the daily operation of City departments in the public interest which creates an emergency; NOW, THEREFORE 9 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCKg There is hereby appropriated out of the following described bond fund, to-wit g STREEI' ll-l.PROVEMENTS -Fm.:D THE sum S 5 ,~7 .·15 For the following purpose : to acquire Parcel 15, Clovis Road. '52, of record in vol. 500, page 453, Deed Records of Lubbock County, Texas, which 0.040 of one acre is more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at the northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 2; THENCE S 33°11' W, 10 feet along the east boundary line of said Lot 1, to a point; THENCE N 56°49' W, parallel to the present centerline of us Hwy. 84, 175.0 feet; THENCS N 33°11' E, 10 feet; THENCE S 56°49' E, 175.0 feet to the place of beginning.
