Purchase Parcel Clovis HWY - 05/12/1960FORM L-2 AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE 05-I~-19£DD ORDINANCE NO~ 3143 WHEREAS 9 the City Comm:1.si:u.on of the City of Lubbock finds it is necessary to appropriate certain specific funds out of bond funds for an a~proved project , and this ordinance deals with the daily operation of City departments in the public interest which creates an emergency ; NOW~ THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: There is hereby appropriated out of the following described bond fund, to-wit: Street Improvement Fund For the following purpose: Purchase Parcel 1, Clovis Highway , f r om Tremar co Corporation.
