AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING FOR SIX MONT~ THE TIME LIMIT FOR
TAKING OUT A BUILDING P»MIT WHICH TIME LIMIT WAS ORIGINALLY SET
FORTH AS A TEN MONTH TIME LIMIT CONDITION FOR ZONE CHANGE IN OR-
DINANCE NO.; 2709 ( ZONE CASE NO. 741}•"
WHEREAS, tae City Commission finds that it would be expedient and in the
public interest to extend for an additional six months the ten month time limit for
building permit set forth as a condition for Zone change in Ordinance No. 2709 of
the City of Lubbock {Zone Case No. 741); NOW THEREFORE:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
Ordinance No. 2 709 of the City of Lubbock is hereby amended by extending
for an additional six months the original ten monthst time limit for taking out a
building permit by the owners and/or developers set forth as a condition for Zone
change in said Ordinance No. 2709 {Zone Case 741~) to-wit said time limit is ex ...
tended from December 261 1959,. to May 26~ 1960.
