WHEREAS_. the aty Commission finds that it would be expedient and in the
public interest to extend for an additional six months the ten month time limit for
building permit set forth as a condition for Zone change in Ordinance No.2.654 of
the City of Lubboc k (Zone Case No. 72.2.); NOW THEREFORE;
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMIS5rON OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
Ordinance No. 2.654 of the City of Lubbock is hereby amended by extending
for an additional six months the original ten monthst time limit for taking out a
building permit by the owners and/or developers set forth as a condition for Zone
change in said Ordinance No.2654(Zone Case 722), to-wit said time limit is ex-
tended from October 31~ 1959~ to .April 301 1960.
