WHEREASa the proposed change in zoning districts as hereinafter made has
been duly presented to the Zoning and Planning Commission for its recommendati I\
which was received by the City Commission and a!ter due consideration~ the City ~
Commission finds that making the proposed change as herei~fter set out will be II
in the public interest; and,
WHEREASa all conditions precedent required by law for a valid amendment to t
ZonilJg o~dinance and Map have been fully complied wit~ as well as giving notice'
in compliance with Section 20 of Ordinance No. 1695 as well as notices provided

it was by the City Commission determined that it would be in the public interest.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMtSSI.ON OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
SECTION 1. THAT Ordinance No. 1695 and the Official Zoning Map BE and
the sam.e are hereby amended as follows., t~wit:

Change Lots 221 22~,and 223, Leftwich Monterey Heights Addition
to the City of Lubbock• Lubbock. Co'Wlty. Texas from an 11 R-1 11
to an "R-211 zoning district. (Said property being located in the
5300 Block of Gary Avenue).
