~ 1 BEING LOCATED BETWEEN AVENUE PAND QUIRT AVENUE AND NORTH OF
A LINE 150 FEET SOUTH OF CENTER LINE OF 82ND STREET AND TRACT 2 f·.~\ BEING LOCATED EAST OF IVORY AVENUE AND SOUTH OF 51ST STREET AS \J3I !EXTENDED. (2) PLACE CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED BETWEEN AVENUE H
AND QUIRT AVENUE AND NORTH OF LOOP 289 IN THE "M-111 ZONING DISTRIC • (i.,{J_'J-"~ · ALL OF SAID PROPERTY. WAS ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF LUBBOCK BY ORD-~ INANCES NO. 2535 AND 2544.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
SECTION 1. THAT Ordinance No. 1695 and the Official Zoning Map Be and
the same are hereby amended as follows~ to-wit:
ZONE CASE NO. 774
(1) Place the following described tracts of land in the 11R-1 11 zoning district:
TRACT 1. BEGINNING 150 feet South of the Southwest corner of
Survey 5, Block E, Lubbock County, Texas; .
THENCE North to a point 150 feet South of the Northwest corner
of said Survey 5;
THENCE East to a point 150 feet South of the _Northeast corner of
