There is hereby appropriated out of the following described bomd fund, to•vit:
WATER BOND FUNDS
The sum $ 28,215.84
For the followins purpose: 12" water line in 4th St. from vanda Ave. to Beech
Ave. and Guava to Niter Ave. (w.w.o. 11142)
WHBIEAS, an emergency exists as shown in the preamble to this ordinance, tbe
enactment of this ordinance is declared to be en e•rgency measure thereby creatlD
a public necessity that the rule requiring proposed ordinances to be presented at
two (2) separate commission meetings be dispensed with; and this ordinauce shall
be effective from the date of its passage.
