There is hereby appropriated out of the following described bond fund, to-wit:
SEWER BOND FUNDS
The sum $ 1,076.51
For the following purpose: sewer line extension in 46th St. from Ave. D to a
point 755' West of Avenue D
WHEREAS, an emergencY' exists as shown in the preamble to this ordinance, tbe
enactaaent of thia ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure thereby creati
a public necessitY' that the rule requiring proposed ordinances to be presented at
two (2) separate commission meetings be dispensed with; and this ordinance shall
be effective from the date of its passage.
