AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1695 OF THE CITY OF LUBB
BY REVISING SUBDIVISION 15. 1-1-6 THEREOF 50 AS TO ALLOW AN EXCEP-

/fa~ ,.-:z...,. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
t_~-1~ ~ SECTION 1. THAT Subdivision 15.1-1-6 of Zoning Ordinance No. 1695 of the
-✓n' _ / city of Lubbock (said Ordinance being an appendix to the Lubbock City Code} is o-r her eby amended to read hereafter as follows:

11Signs: Signs shall be subject to the regulations hereinafter
specified in this ordinance, except for a development consisting
of one block of frontage or a minimum of 600 feet frontage under
one ownership in the 11C-211 zoning districtt one pylon-type sign
with an area not to exceed 640 square feet, and a height not to
exceed 45 feet, may be permitted. Any sign permitted by this
subdivision. shall not be flashing or intermittently lighted, and
shall be required to observe the setback requirement of the
11C-Z11 zoning district. n
SECTION 2. Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of
his ordinance shall upon conviction be fined in any sum not to exceed TWO HUNDR

SECTION 3. The City Secretary shall cause this Ordinance to be published one
week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper regularly published in the City of
ubbock, and this Ordinance shall become effective ten days after its last publicati
