There is hereby appropriated out
1956 Street Improvement Fund
of the following described bond fund, to-wlt:

The sum $ 605
For the following purpose:
Purchase portions of Lots 5, 6, and 7, Block 13, Smithlawn
Addition from Charles Smith for $555 + $50 filing fees,
WHEREAS, an emergency exists as shown in the preamble to thls ordinance, the
enactment of thia ordinance .is declared to be an emergency measure thereby creat
a public necessity that the rule requiring proposed ordinances to be preseated at,
two (2) separate commission aeetings be dispensed with; and this ordinance ••11
be effective from the date of ita passage.
