Purchase a parcel of land out of Lot 15, Block 1, Milstead-
Jenkins Subdivision , Parcel 296, from Paul C. Bowie.
Purchase price-$7483 plus 27.--abstract and filing fees.
VHBIEAS, an emergency exists as shown in the preamble to this ordinance, the
euctllellt of this ordinance is declared to be ali emergency •••ure thereby creatiDa
a public necessity that the rule requiring proposed ordinances to be presented at
two (2) separate commleaion meetings be dispensed with; and this ordinance eball
