P'or the follow.ina purpose: b .. · Purchase a tract of land ~/ 4.85 acres out of the east one half of the nort - east one quarter of Section £, Block E, conve,yed to William B. Burton ~ deed dated 10 Apr. 153, and recorded in vol. 494, page 661 of the deed recorda of Lubbock Count ~ TeKas, less 0.454 acres conve.yed to the State of Texas in right of way deed recorded in vol. 623, page 139, net area conveyed by this instrument being 4.396 acres. Purchase price $16,600.00 p1u~ abstract & filing fees of $35.
