WHEREAS, the City ·commission of the City of Lubbock flnda lt ia nee•
es sary to appropriate certain specific fund• out of bond funds for an ap•
proved project, and this ordinance deals with the dally operation of City de•
partments in the public interest which crea.tes an emeraencyi NOW·• THERE•
FORE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
There is hereby appropriated out of the bllowing described bond fund.

For the following purpose:
Purchase of X.t 3461 DePe.uw-McLarty Addition to the Cit;y ot Lubbock
from John McLarty tor the sum ot 8545.00, plus &15.00 Abstract and
tiling tees. The total consideration is $560.00
WHER~, an emergency exists as shown in the preamble to thle
?rdinance. the enactment of this ordinance is declared to be an emer•
gency measure thereby creating a public neees.sity that the rule re•
quiring proposed ordinances to be presented a.t two (Z) separate com•
mission meetings be disp.eneed with; and this o.rdinanee shall be effec•
tive from the date of its passage.
