WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Lubbock finda lt la nee•
es.sary to appropriate certain specific fundi out of bond funds for an ap•
proved project, and this ordinance deals with the dally operation of City de•
partments in the public interest which creates an emeraencyi NOW-. THERE•

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:

For the following purpose:

a tota l consideratiorJ of $660.00, f rom John McLarty.
WHEREAS, an emergency exists as shown in the preamble to thi•
ordinance., the enactment of this ordinance ia declared to be an emer•
gency measure thereby creating a public neceaaity that the rule re•
quiring proposed ordinances to be presented at two (Z) separate com•
mission meetings be dispensed with; and this ordinance ab&ll be effee•
tive from the date of its passage.
