For the following purpose:
The installation and purchase of wink-o-matic school
zone no-passing flashing signals on 19th at Salem and 19th and
Utica Avenues.
WHEREAS. an emergency exiats as shown. ln the preamble to thia
l)rdinance, the enactment of thia ordinance is declared to be an emer-
gency measure thereby creating a public nec:esalty that the soule re•
quiring proposed ordlnanc:es to be presented at two (Z) separate com•
mission meetings be diap.eued with; and this o~dinatlc:e ahall be effeC:•
tive from the date o! ita passage.
