WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Lubbock flnda it la nee•
essary to appropriate certain specific funds ot1i of bond funds for an ap•
proved project, and this ordinance deals with the dally operation of City de•
pa.rtments in the public interest which creates an emergency; NOW, THERE•
FORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
There is here by appropriated out of the mllowina deac.ribed bond fund,

. WHEREAS, an emeraeney exists as shown in the preamble to thia
ordinance. the enactment of this ordinance is declared to be an emer-
gency measure thereby creating a public necessity that the rule re•
quiring proposed ordinances to be presented at two (l) separate c .om•
mission meeting• be disp.ensed with; and this o.rdinance shall be effec•
tive from the date of ita pa.saaae.
