AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE ------~~
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Lubbock finda it is nee•
e•sary to appropriate certain spec;:ific funds out of bond funds for an ap•
proved project, and this ordinance deals with the dally operation of City de•
partments in the public interest which creates an emergency; NOW,. THERE•
FORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
There is her.eby appropriated out of the i:>llowing deac.ribed bond fund.
to•wit: Water Bond Funds .

fron Avenue 11V11 to College Avenue ahead of
Paving •
WHEREAS. an emergency exists as shown in the preamble to this
ordinance. the enactment of this ordinance is declared to be an emer-
gency mea.aure thereby creating a public neces.aity that the rule re•
quiring proposed ordinances to be presented at two (Z) separate com•
mission meetings be dispensed with; and this o.rdinance shall be effec•
tive from the date of its passage.
