proved project, and this ordinance deale with the dally operation of City de•

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:·

to-wit; Park Bond Fund
The:. sum $ 1,200.00
For the following purpose: To Purchase Heating and Air conditioning Unit
for Park Office as recommended by Park
Ca:nmiseion
WHEREAS, an emergency exists as shown in the preamble to this
ordinanee. the enactment of this ordinance is declared to be an emer•
gency measure thereby creating a public neces.sity that the rule re•
quiring proposed ordinances to be presented at two (l) separate com•
mission meetings be disp.ensed with; and this ordinance shall be effec-
tive from the date of its passage.
