proved project, and this ordinance deals with the dally ope!'atlon of City de•

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
There is hereby appropriated out of the bllowina described 'bond funcl.
to•wit:
Sanitar,r Sewer Bond Funds
Th~. sum $ 425.00
For the following purpose: Installation of en Sewer line in Vicksburg
Avenue from alley South of 16th Street to
16th Street.
WHEREAS, an emergency exists as shown in the preamble to thla
ordinance. the enactment of this ordinance is declared to be an emer•
gency measure thereby creating a public neces.aity that the rule re-
quiring proposed ordinances to be presented at two (Z) separate com-
mission meetings be dispensed with; and this or dinance shall be effec-
tive from the date of its passage.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
