AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1695 AND THE OFFICIAL MAP OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK SO AS TO MAKE THE FOLLOWIN GHANGEt ZONE CASE NO. 6Z5 -CliA.NGE LOTS 1 AND 2* WESTWOOD DRIVE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LUBBOCK,. LUBBOCK COUNTY" TEXAS, FROM AN "R-2." TO AN "R.-3" ZONING DISTRICT. (VICINITY OF Zlst STREET AND KNOXVILLE A VENUE):~ SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: (1) THAT A SOLID SEVEN FOOT MASONRY SCREENING FENCE BE CON- STRUCTED ALONG THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY CONSIDERED BY THrS CASE. (2.) BE IT ORDAINED .BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: SECTION 1. THAT Ordinance No. 1695 and the Official Zoning Map B~ and the same are hereby amended as follows, to-wit: ZONE CASE K>. 625-Change Lotal and :Z~ Westwood Drive Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, from an "R-211 to an "R-311 zoning district (Vicinity of 21st Street and Knoxville Avenue); Subject to the following conditions: (1) That a solid seven foot masonry screening fence be constructed along the rear of the property considered by this case. (Z) That 2.lat Street be dedicated to a right-of-way width of 60 feet. SECTION 2. THAT from and after pasaage and effective date of this Ordinance~ sa.id lots. tracts and parcels of land described in Section 1 hereof? shall be cllanged to the Zoning District indicated and the Official Map is
