Installation of 6n & 8" water line stubs to the North off
34th Street Utica to Slide Road prior to paving
WHEREAS, an emergency exists as shown in the preamble to this
ordinance. the enactment of this ordinance is declared to be an emer-
gency measure thereby creating a public necessity that the rule re•
quiring proposed ordinances to be presented at iwo (Z) separate com ..
misaion meetings be dispensed with; and this o.rdinance shall be effec•
tive from the date of its passage.
