WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Lubbock finda lt is nee•
essary to appropriate certain specific funds out of bond funds for an ap•
proved project, and this ordinance deals with the daily operation of City de•
parttnents in the public interest which creates an emeraency; NOW, THERE•
FORE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
There is hereby appropriated out of the bllowing described bond fund.
to-wit:
Water Bond Funds

For the following purpose:
Drill 4 (four) additional test holes in Sandhilla Area
League 2c6 -Bailey Co. , 'lex:as
WHEREAS. an emergency exists as shown in the preamble to this
ordinance. the enactment· of this ordinance is declared to be an emer-
gency mea..sure thereby creating a public necesaity that the rule re-
quiring proposed ordinances to be presented at two (Z) separate c.om•
mission meetings be disp.ensed with; and this o.rdinance shall be effec•
tive from the date of its passage.
