WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Lubbock finda it ie nee•
essary to appropriate certain specific fund• out of bond funds for an ap-
proved project, and this ordinan~e deals with the daily operation of City de•
partments in the public interest which create• an emergency; NOW,. THERE•
FORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
There is hereby appropriated out of the bllowing described bond fund,
to-wit:
Sanitary Sewer Bond Fund
Th~ sum$
For the following purpose:
6" V.C.T. line in Avenue L from alley South of Jarvis to
alley South of Kemper.
To be installed ahead of paving
WHEREAS. an emergency exists as shown in the preamble to thia
ordinance. the enactment of this ordinance is declared to be aa. emer-
gency mea.sure thereby creating a public necesaity that the rule re•
quiring proposed ordinances to be presented at two (Z) aeparate ~.om•
mission m eetings be disp.ensed with; and this ordinance ahall be effee•
tive from the date of its passage.
