AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE -------u
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Lubbock finda it is nee•
essary to appropriate certain specific funds out of bond funds for an ap•
proved project, and this ordinance deals with the daily op~ratt.on of City de•
partments in the public interest which creates an cmcraencyi NOW·• THERE•
FORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
There is hereby appropriated out of the bllowing described boncl fund.
to-wit: Park Bond Fund
Th~. sum$ 2,200.00
For the following purpose: construction of casting pool at K. N. Clapp Park
WHEREAS, an emergency exists as shown in the preamble to this
o rdinance. the enactment of this ordinance is declared to be an emer-
gency measure thereby creating a public neces.sity that the rule re•
quiring proposed ordinances to be presented at two(~) separate com•
m i ssion meetings be d i spensed with; and this ordinance shall be effeC:•
tive from the date of its passage.
