Co. Survey, Lubbock County, Texas, to be utilized for streets, public use, right of way, utility, and other public purposes, and all related documents. Said Dedication Deed is attached hereto and incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the Council.
