Said Contract is attached hereto and incorporated in this resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the City Council. Bidder understands and agrees that this bid submittal shall be completed and submitted in accordance with instruction number 29 of the General Instructions to Ciidders. Bidder understands that the Owner reservcs the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formality in the bidding. The Bidder agrecs that this bid shall be good and may not be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids.
