WHEREAS, in the interest ot public safety, changed traffic conditions, business loading and unloading requirements making imperative the immediate change in the establishment of a .freight loading zoneJ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBOOCK 1 SJOOTION 1. That a freight loading zona BE, and is hereby established in the following locations On the Nerth side of Main Street in the 1100 Block he- ginning at the alley between Avenue J and Avenue X and extending East twenty (20) feet. SECTION 2. That any part of any ordinance or order conflicting here- with is hereby repealed. Sl!X:TION 3. That the Traffic Engineer is hereby authorbed and directed to cause the curbs in the above described zone to be painted and said zone plainly marked as Loading Zone. ~TION 4.
