WHRAS, the City Commission finds that that p~.rt and portion ot a
public alley running north and south from Fourth Street to Third Street, due to
the actual development of the property abutting upon said alley and v1 thin the
Copy immed.iate vicinity thereof, is no longer needed tor public purposes as an alley
12_29_53 and the sam should be abandoned and closed in the interest ot the public; NOW,
