Section 1 (One) of Ordinance No. l.l48 ie hereby 8ll9nded to add and include the followiag street intersections and other locations Avenue K and lStb Street College Avenue and Third Street SECTION 2. That the traffic oontrol sigml. authorised to be erected by Section 1 (One) of this Ordinanoe at the intersection or College Aveme and Third Street shall be a traffic control signal to be used in conjunction with emergencies arising from fire and is to be used to control traffic in such emergencies. SECTION 3. That due to the fact tba t there is no ordinance authorizing :mecbanioal traffic control lights at the above named interaectioaa and croaings, and that tbe immediate erection of said mechanical traffic control lights is required to control traffic at said intersections and crossings 1 creates an emergency, and tbat all rules be suapended and that this Ordinance become effective from and attar its passage. AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
