That a Freight-Leading Zone BE, and ia hereby established at the following location: On the North aide of the 700 Blook of ]Jth Street, beginning at a point 100 teet East ot Avenue G and eztending Eaat twenty (20) feet. SECTION 2. That that part of aey ordinance or order in conflict herevi'Ul ia here bJ repealed. SECTION J. That the Traffic Engineer is hereby autboriaed and directed to cause the ourbe in the above described zone to be painted and such zone plainly marked aa a Loading Zone. SECTION 4. That due to the changing traffic conditions creating a hazard injurious to the public and the public's use of the streets, the eDac'bnent. or this ordinance ia declared to be an emergency measure, thereby creating a public necessity that the rule requiring proposed ordinances to be presented at two (2) separate CODI!dssion meetings be dispensed with, and tbis Ordinance shall be affective from the date of it8 paseage, aa provided by law. AND IT IS S> ORDERED.
