WHEm:AS, in the interest ot public safety, changed traffic conditions, business loading and unloading requirements making imperative imn:ediate changes in the establishment of freight loading zones; NOW, 'mEREFORE1 · :1 ty Atty. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBOOCK: Traffic E gr. Police De t. SECTION 1. That a freight loading zone BE, and is hereby established -/ in the following location: On the North side of the 1500 Block of BroadWay 1 beginning at a point sixty (60) feet West of Avenue N and extending West a distance of Twenty-four (24) feet; SECTION 2. That part of any Ordinance or Order in conflict herewith is hereby repealed. SECTION ). That the Traffic Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to cause the curbs in the above described zone to be painted and such zone plainly marke.d_ .. as a loading zone. SECTION 4. Due to the changing traffic conditions creating a hazard injurious to the public and the publiofs use of the streets, the enactment of this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure, thereby creating a public necessity that the rule requiring proposed ordinances to be presented at two (2) sepa.l'&te COJJJnission meetings be dispensed with, Sld this Ordinance shall be effective from the date of its passage as provided by law.
