That freight loading zones are hereby established at the following locations: A. On the East side of the 1500 Block of Avenue Q, beginning .Su-t-t t..~.·· ·•· at a point sixteen feet (16 t) South of the East-West all87 J... ...... """".J: X between 15th and 16th Streets and extending South ,a distance ot thirty-two feet (32t). B. On the East side of 1100 Block or Avenue K, beginning at a :'J~:..L .. ;--, point Twelve teet (121) North of Broadway and extending North ~~·· .. · \ a distance. of T'W'enty-tWo feet (22'). -, ...... \ SECTION 2. That part of any ordinance or order in conflict herewith is hereby repealed. SECTI ON 3. That the Tl"affic Engineer is hereby authorized and direct.ed to cause the curbs in the above described zones to be painted and suoh zones plainly marked as loading zones. SECTION 4. Due to the changing traffic conditions creating a hazard injuriou,s to the public and the public's use of the street, the enactment of this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure thereby creating a public necessity that the rule requiring proposed ordinances to be presented at two (2) separate meetings be dispensed with, and this Ordinance shall be effective from the date of its passage as provided b.y law.
