PART OF AN ALLEY BETWEEN DARTSNOTH ON THE l~ORTH AND CORNELL ON THE SOUTH BETVIEEN GARY AND HAR:rFORD STREEI'S IN, THE CITY OF LUBBOCK. vffiEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Lubbock finds within the course of highway development and changes and alterations made and to be made in the opening of an east and west alley in Block F9ur (4), T. J. Wages Subdivision, and it is found that the City of Lubbock nQ longer needs the old alley running north and south through such Block Four (4), T. J. Wages Subdivision, and that such hew alley Ul"orde c¢mpl~te ingress and egress and regress to all property owners in such Block, and have further found that no utility facilities exist in that portion of the alley herein ¢losed; THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT, that part of the alley in Block Four (4), T. J. Wages Subdivision running north and south between Dartsmoth on the north and Cornell on the south betl-Teen Gary and Hartford Streets, being further described as follows, to-wit: t BIDINNllJG at the Northwest Corner of Lot One (1), Block Four (4), T. J. Wages Subdivision to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas; THENCE West a distance of ~5 .0 feet to a point; THENCE South a distanc~ Qf 13~.5 feet to a point; THENCE East a distance of 15.0 feet to a point; THENCE North a distance of 1.37 .5 feet to POINT OF BEGmNING. BEGINNING at the Southwest Corner of Lot Eight (8), Block Four (4), T. J. \~ages Subdivision to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas; Tij~CE Wee t a distance of 15.0 feet to a point; ~·HENCE North a distance of 1.37 .5 feet to a point; THENOE East a distance of 1~.0 feet to a point; THENCE South a distance of l-37 .5 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNDl'G. BE, and the same is hereby abandoned and closed for public purposes. AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
