AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING AR>CLOSING PARr OF 28TH (TWENTY-EIGRrH STREET
LnNG NORrH OF m.ooK FIVE (5), COOKE-cARPENTER ADDITION TO T:QE CITY OF LUBBOCK,
LUBBOCK COUNTY, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, In the course ot street development and changes made and to
be ma.de in the Cooke-carpenter Addition, the City Commission finds that a part
'1 ot 28th (Twenty-Eighth) Street 111128 North of Block Five (S), Cooke-carpenter
Addition to the Cit7 or Lubbock 1s not needed tor street or any other public
purpose and is not now being used for an;y suoh purpose, and it would be in the
public interest if the same be . abandoned and closed, THEREFORE,
