AN ORDINANCE SUSPENDING ALL ORDINANCES AND POLICIES ESTAB
LISHING WATER AND SEWER LINE EXTENSION POLICIES AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY.

t';lf/5 WHEREAS, the City Commission tinds .from a report by the City
Manager that a new policy is immediately needed with reference to ~t 6 \J ~water and sewer extensions so as to properly and adequately balanc
~ the expenditure ot remaining water and sewer funds on hand, an ~~~-~~~ emergency is created relating to existing policies whether estab-Q lished by ordinance or otherwise and, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
SECTION 1. That all policies affecting water and sewer
extensions, whether established by ordinance or otherwise, are
hereby suspended.
SECTION 2. A new water and sewer extension policy is re
quested to be submitted to the City Commission 1n proper tor.m
at an early date tor its consideration.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.

going Ordinance was approved and passed on this 14th day of
