AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING QN THE NORTH SIDE OF 19TH
STREET BETWEEN COLLEGE A VENUE AND JOLIET A VENUE AND PRO-
HIBITING PARKING ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF 19TH STREET BETWEEN
BOSTON A VENUE AND COLLEGE AVENUE; AND DEClARING AN EMER-
GENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMM!SSI.ON OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
SECTION 1. The parking of any vehicle on the North side of 19th Street
between College Avenue and Joliet Avenue, or on the South side of 19th Street
between Boston Avenue and College Avenue is hereby prohibited. &t7:J S.L-W-0 foo
t:!~·~ p~ t= )). ·~ SECTION z. Any person who ~hall park any vehicle on 19th Street
~4'};,_.~ tA. between the streets described in Section 1 (One) hereof shall, upon conviction, 4-i/ be fined in any sum not exceeding Two Hundred Dollars ($ZOO).

SECTION 4. Uniform signs and/or the painting of curbs at the locations
described in Section 1 (One) of this ordinance are hereby authorized.
SECTION 5. The fact that parking between the intersections described
in Section 1 (One) contributes to traffic hazards and changed traffic conditions
require the immediate control of traffic in this area, creates an emergency,
and this ordinance shall become effective from and after itS passage.
