" WHEREAS, the proposed changes in Zoning Districts as hereinafter made have been duly presented to the Zoning and Planning Commission for its recom- mendation, which recommendation was received by the City Commission, and, after due consideration, the City Commission unanimously finds that making the proposed changes as hereinafter set out will be in the public interest, and, WHEREAS, all notices have been given in compliance with Section 25 of Ordinance No. 661, as well as noticE!s provided by Article 1011£, Revised Civil Statutes1 as-ame.nded, and notice was duly published on December 20, 21, and 22, 1951, in the Lubbock Morning Avalanche, and the public hearing, according to said notice, was held at 2:00P.M. on January 10, 1952, in the City Commission Room on the first floor of the City Hall, Lubbock, Texas, at which time persons appeared in support of the proposal and, after said hearing, it was by the City Commission determined that it would be in the public interest, due to changed conditions, that the Zoning Ordinance and the Zoning Map be amended in substantial compliance with the proposal, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: "---"'.../ SECTION 1.
