AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING BOOTH LOCATIONS TO BE USED BY
THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK AT _LUBBOCK FOR DEPOSITING PURR:>SES;
ESTABLISHING THE HOURS BETWEEN WHICH SUCH BOOTHS MAY BE
RAISED FOR USE; AND REPEALING THAT 1ART OF ANY ORDINANCE IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH.
WHEREAS, the City of Lubbock, as shown by the Resolution of its gov-
erning body dated March 9, 1950, entered into a rental agreement with the
First National Bank at Lubbock to use three (3) separate spaces, approxi-
mately four by six feet (4x6) each, along the North sidewalk line of the side-
walk adjacent to its bank building; and such booth locations are now, designated
on the ground and the booths being installed beneath the ground, and the hours
the l:ooths will be used has been determined; THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: ~ry ~~7;;. 1t-SECTION 1. The First National Bank at Lubbock is hereby authorized, r in accordance with said rental agreement., to lift the three (3) booths above
til-1 the sidewalk grade at the locations designated on the sidewalk North of the -13~: .. ~o-• bank building~ for the purpose• of receiving and disbursi:ng bank funds between
the hours of 9:00a.m .. and 3:00p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays,
Thursdays, Fridays, and between 9:00 a.m. alid 12:00 a.m. on Saturdays
for the duration of said rental agreement.

SECTION 2. That part of any oi-dinance in conflict with the provisions
of this ordinance, insofar as such provisions may relate to the use herein
and by said rental ag;eement authorized, are here by repealed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
