N. HODGES SUBDIVISION FROM AN "A11 DISTRICT TO A "B" DISTRICT; (2) CHANGE LOTS 25, 26, 2.1, 28, 29 AND 30, BLOCK 3, RICELAND ADDITION FROM AN 11A 11 DISTRICT TO A 11G 11 DISTRICT; (3) CHANGE WEST 180 FEET OF BLOCK 3, HUNT SUBDIVISION FROM AN uA" DISTRICT TO A 11Gu DIS .. ALSO CHANGE ALL OF BLOCK 15, SIEBER ADDITION FROM AN ttAtt DISTRICT TO AN 11Fu DISTRICT. THE SIEBER ADDITION IS OUT OF SURVEY 5, BLOCK 0. WHEREAS, the proposed changes in Zoning Districts as hereinafter made have been duly presented to the Zoning and Planning Commission for its recom mendation, which recommendation was received by the City Commission and, after due consideration, the City Commission unanimously finds that making the proposed changes as hereinafter set out will be in the public interest, and, WHEREAS, all notices have been given in compliance with Section 25 of Ordinance No. 661, as well as notices provided by Article lOll£, Revised Civil Statutes, as amended, and notice was duly published on July 11, 12, and 13, 1951, and the public hearing, according to said notice, was held at 2:00 P.M. on July 26, 1951, in the City Commission Room on the first floor of the City Hall, Lubbock, Texas, ct which time persons appeared in support of the proposal andt after said hearing, it was by the City Commission determined that it would be in the public interest, due to changed conditions, that the Zoning Ordinance and the Zoning Map be amended in substantial compliance with the proposal, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: SECTION 1. THAT Ordinance No. 661 and the Official Zoning Map BE, and the same is hereby amended as follows, to-wit: (1) Change a tract of land having a frontage of 111 feet on 52nd Street by a depth of 137.5 feet and located in the Northwest corner of Lot Two (2), Block Three {3), C. N. Hodges Subdivision from an 11A 11 District to a uB" District. {2) Change Lots 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30, Block Three {3), Riceland Addition from an "A" District to a "011 District. · (3) Change West 180 feet of Block Three (3), Hunt Subdivision, from an "A" District to a "G" District. . (4) Chat}ge West 180 feet of Lot Twenty (20), Suburban Homes Addition from an "A" District to a 11G" District. (5) Change the Hayes Sieber Tract, out of Section 80, Block A, from an nAn District to a 110-1" District. (6) Change Blocks 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, t'2, 13, 14, and Lots One {1) throug 13 and Lots 19 through 28, Block Ten (10), and Lots One (1) through 8 and Lots 10 through 15, Block ll, Sieber Addition, from an "A 11 District to a "B11 District. Also change all of Block 15, Sieber Addition, from an 11A 11 District to an 11F" District. The Sieber Addition is out of Survey Five (5), Block 0. From and after passage and effective date of this Ordinance, said lots and tracts above referred to shall be changed to the Zoning Districts indicated, and the Official Zoning Map is hereby amended in accordance herewith' AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
