BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF- LUBBOCK: SECTION 1. Section Z3 of Ordinance No. 5·64 is hereby amended so as to create a parking meter zone in that part of the street hereinafter described, and limiting the time of parking as follows, to-wit: ... (a) Twenty (ZO) Minute Zone, .Parallel Parking: On the West side c:>f A venue K 'between the South boundary line of 13th ' Street tc:> the North boundarf line of 14th Street. . I SECTIGN 2. That the Chief of R>lice is dir.ected and authorized tc:> p la<i:e tweBty ~ZG) minute p>~king meters in lines designating the kind of parking provided on that part ~f. the streets designated in Section 1 of this ordinan.c~e •. SECT,ION 3. 411 provisions of the other ordinances in conflict with the provisions of tHis· c:>rdinance :r:elating to parking meters and parking on that portion of the streets ~escriped in Section 1 of this ordinance' are hereby re-' pealed, provided nothing herein shall ever be construed as repealing any part c:>f Ordinance Ne'1 5€l4, exdept as herein,expressly· provided. .
