SECTION 4• When the Recorder has established miniaum tines applicable to minor 1tratfic ordinarace violations, the Clerk ot the Cour:b or the Desk Sergeant is authoriz to accept a written plea of guilty, aDd the miDiaum tine in cash, tor transmission to 1the Corporation Court, aDd it the Recorder accepts and approves the plea, ae shall ' make or cause a proper ent17 to be lll&de 1n the Traffic Docket am assess a proper ty aDd account for such tines so assessed by pqitlg the same to the City Auditor as .
